There are new youth mental health courses available online from Jigsaw.
Jigsaw is the National Centre for Youth Mental Health.
They are there to ensure that no young person feels alone, isolated and disconnected from others around them.
Jigsaw provides vital supports to young people with their mental health by working closely with communities across Ireland.
As part of this, the two new online courses in Youth Mental Health are now available.
They are completely free of charge, all you need is a laptop and an internet connection!
There are courses for parents and guardians, and for teachers. Just follow the links to sign up or to find out more.
Both courses take about 40 minutes each, and are on the topics of ‘Mental health awareness for parents’ and ‘Self-care for parents

The Mental Health eLearning Programme for Teachers is proudly endorsed by Education Support Centres, Ireland.
On completion teachers will be able to access a Junior and Senior Cycle classroom based workshop presentations with interactive resources.
