Leitrim County Council and the Leitrim Heritage Forum have prepared a Draft Heritage Plan 2020-2025.
They are now looking for your views.
This plan sets out the priorities for Heritage in Leitrim over the next 6 years.
It is a commitment by Leitrim County Council to promote and protect Leitrim’s heritage.
In conjunction with the Heritage Forum, the draft heritage plan was informed by an extensive public consultation entitled ‘What’s Your Leitrim Heritage?’, which was held over a six week period (25th Feb 2019 to 20th April 2019).
A total of 124 submissions were received from members of the public and these submissions have informed this draft heritage plan.
We are now inviting your comments on the draft heritage plan.

A paper copy of the draft plan is available for review at The Planning Office, Áras an Chontae, Leitrim County Council, Carrick on Shannon, Co. Leitrim and at the following three libraries: Manorhamilton, Ballinamore and Carrick on Shannon.
