Irish Rural Link National Conference

Irish Rural Link will hold its Annual Conference on Monday 27th May 2019 in the Sheraton Hotel, Athlone, 9am – 2.30pm .

The Conference will be opened by European Commissioner Phil Hogan, with responsibility for Agriculture and will explore the opportunities for rural communities, which will arise from the reality of Climate Change.

They will be sharing with you, knowledge of companies who are adapting to the change and at the same time creating employment. You will be hearing of initiatives funded by the Rural Development Programme and the potential of further funding in this area.

Irish Rural Link believe that rural communities must be at the heart of policy formation in relation to Climate change and hope that you will join us at this conference and participate in the conversation.
