What Are The Ireland Funds

The Ireland Funds have supported non-profit organisations across the island of Ireland for forty years. Projects eligible for funding include Arts & Culture, Community Development, Education and Peace & Reconciliation. As well as Donor Advised Grants, the Ireland Funds operate two competitive grant rounds each year—the Small Grant Round and the Flagship Grant Round. They also provide non-financial support including grant workshops, fundraising advice and training.

The Small Grant Round
The Small Grant Round is now open for application – Apply online 5th March to 23rd March 2018
The Small Grant Round supports non-profit and community organisations across the island of Ireland. This fund offers grant funding under €7,000/£7,000 for smaller community organisations. It is not necessary that your group has previously been supported by The Ireland Funds.

The Flagship Grant Round

While you’re here put these dates in your diary for the Ireland Funds Flagship Grant Round.
The Flagship Grant Round will be open for applications from Monday, 9th April to Friday, 27th April 2018
In 2014, The Ireland Funds launched our first Flagship Grant Round. The purpose of the Flagship Grant Round is to provide multi-annual funding of up to €50,000/£50,000 for organisations that have established a strong track record of managing grants from The Ireland Funds. This is a highly competitive funding round that targets organizations wishing to pilot new programs or to scale initiatives that are already having an impact.
