What is Healthy Leitrim?
Healthy Ireland is a government-led initiative which aims to create an Irish society where everyone can enjoy physical and mental health and where well-being is valued and supported at every level. Leitrim County Council through the LCDC has received funding to support the Government-led initiative in the County of Leitrim – Healthy Leitrim.
What Do You Think?
As part of the Healthy Ireland initiative we plan to develop a Healthy Leitrim Strategy. We are keen to hear the views of individuals and organisations, both local and national, who have an interest in health and well-being within the county and what they would like to see happen in the future..
As part of that process we’ll be hosting consultation meetings. All are welcome.
Dates and times of community consultations:
Manorhamilton Tuesday 12th of June @7pm in the Bee Park Community Centre
Ballinamore Wednesday 13th of June @ 7pm in the Ballinamore Community Centre
Carrick on Shannon Wednesday 20th of June @ 7pm in the main Leitrim County Council Offices
