Wild Child Day in Dromahair

Dromahair Anglers and Dromahair Development Association/ Tidy Towns are organising a ‘Wild Child Day’ as part of Leitrim Heritage week.
Children and families are being asked to take time out from technology, jump off the couch and get outdoors.
Wild Child Day takes place on Wednesday, August 21st from 11am to 3pm in the Community Park, Dromahair.
It’s a chance to learn new fishing skills and fishing competition.
See what creatures live on the rivers.
There’s also a barbecue with tasty treats and a marquee in case of a shower!
Young and old are welcome to come and join in to learn a bit more about the treasure that is the River Bonnet.
This is also a free event for Heritage week.
