Creative Leitrim 2019 – Realise Your Community’s Creative Potential

posted in: News, Training and Funding | 0

The Creative Ireland Open Call is an opportunity for community groups, organisations, venues, individuals to realise their creative potential. Get engaged in a project is fun and it develops greater access, knowledge and appreciation of the arts, culture and creativity. The group engages in a creative process with any of the following: artists, writers, performers, archaeologists and any practitioner involved in the culture and creative sector.

This process can be a really fun and enjoyable experience . The following links to YouTube show some examples of groups that have done a Creative Leitrim programme in recent years:  Leitrim Express , Leitrim Disability Equality Network – Forum Theatre project, Famine Testimonies  .

The project can be based around nearly anything that your group has an interest in and can then be developed with the creative practitioner through a creative process.
