What are the Aldi Foróige Youth Citizenship Awards?
Have you or your youth group done work in the community that you’re proud of? The Aldi Foróige Youth Citizenship Awards celebrates the positive difference young people make in their community. The Aldi Foróige Youth Citizenship Awards encourage young people to research their community and develop a creative response to a local issue.
Who Can Enter For The Awards?
The Aldi Foróige Youth Citizenship Awards are open to all young people between the ages of 10 and 18 at the time of entry. This includes young people who are involved in Foróige as well as those involved in other youth clubs or groups such as Comhairle na nÓg.
All entries should have the support of an adult volunteer or youth worker as a guide or facilitator.
How Can I Enter For The Awards?
Clubs, groups and projects are allowed to submit unlimited group and individual entries to the Aldi Foróige Youth Citizenship Awards. However, each entry must be for a separate project or activity.
Please remember that all entries must relate to projects where a substantial amount of the work took place after September 1st, 2017.
Entrants must be available to attend the Aldi Foróige Youth Citizenship Awards.

What Are The Deadlines For Entering The Awards?
There are two deadlines to meet for the awards. The deadline for registering your entry to the awards is Friday March 16th 2018. The closing date for completed Project Report Forms is Monday March 26th 2018.
